This race was run on rural roads, undulating figure of eight course.  Well done to Graham who won his age category.

Results for the White Peak Marathon – 19.5.18

This run was on firm compacted limestone and cinder surfaces on a former railway, the marathon started at Thorpe and followed the Tissington Trail, up the dales to north of Parsley Hay, and then followed the High Peak Trail.

Results for the Rock ‘N Roll Liverpool 5k – 19.5.18

This race was held on the Liverpool waterfront, starting at the Echo Arena and finishing outside the Liverpool Exhibition Centre, with a special Royal Wedding theme this year.

Results for the Rock ‘N Roll Liverpool Marathon & Half Marathon – 20.5.18

MFRC had another good showing at the Liverpool “Rock n Roll” Event, with 22 runners in the half and 7 running the full.  The race started at the Albert Dock on Liverpool’s Waterfront before heading towards The Cavern Club and a jaunt down Penny Lane. The full marathon included a run around Goodison Park, home stadium of Everton FC, through Stanley Park and past Anfield home to Liverpool FC then returned to the city.  Both routes ran through Chinatown and Princes Park, Sefton Park and Otterspool Park culminating in a finish on the Waterfront promenade alongside the Liverpool Echo Arena.  Read Helen’s weekend report here, and read Dave’s marathon report here

Results for the Worcester Marathon – 20.5.18

Worcester Full and Half Marathon is now in its seventh year, the race is based at Six Ways Rugby Stadium where the Worcester Warriors team play. The races started in Offerton Lane, a five-minute walk from the Rugby Club. The Full Marathon was two laps of the loop around beautiful rural lanes with a small addition to make up the distance.

This relatively flat and traffic-free course encompassed over 2 and a half laps of the reservoir, finishing close to the country park.

Results for the Colour Blast Dash Coventry – 20.5.18

Held at the Memorial Park, this run gave participants the option of 2.5k or 5k, runners wore plain white t-shirts and were blasted with coloured powder on their way around the course.  This fun event was run by new Massey Runners, Emma King and Michelle Thomas.
